Mini-Fast, Carbs & Blood Sugar Exercise…….

(BTW……there are many out there that completely
disagree with pretty much all of the following.)

1).. Mini-Fast – It is important when (time of day) you workout…if you ‘Carbo-load’ then workout, you are wrong – never eat a Carbohydrate meal & then workout…it will give you lots of ready energy but there’s a problem….
