I was going to write and warn folks that maybe the Cow-Milk Kefir at Walmart was not a good “Starter” for making homemade Coconut Milk Kefir because I bought another bottle were I suspected all the bacteria were dead. Because after about 48 hours of “fermenting” I could not detect any little bubbles but instead of scraping that batch I decided to let it sit another 24 hours.
Kefir…Dead Bugs ???”
