1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using alanview.com or any of Alanview's services — including Website Design, Visibility, AI Automation, ListedPages, Industry Guides, and Rank Forge — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.
2. About Alanview
Alanview is a website design and development company that provides custom website development, SEO optimization, AI automation services, automated content generation, and authority building for businesses across the United States.
3. Services
a. Scope of Services
Alanview offers the following services, individually or as part of the Rank Forge bundle:
- •Website Design — Custom-coded, SEO-optimized website development
- •Visibility — Continuous SEO research and generative engine optimization
- •AI Automation — AI-powered automation systems including phone solutions, lead qualification, follow-ups, and workflow connections
- •ListedPages — Automated content generation and publishing
- •Industry Guides — Authority content and backlink building
- •Rank Forge — All services integrated as one growth system
b. Service Agreements
Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and terms for individual client engagements are governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) entered into between Alanview and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails.
c. Free Strategy Sessions
Booking a free strategy session does not create a contractual obligation on either party. It is an exploratory consultation with no guarantee of service delivery.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client or user of our services, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your business
- •Grant Alanview reasonable access to platforms, accounts, or assets necessary to deliver services (e.g., website CMS, Google Search Console, hosting)
- •Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- •Comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of our services
- •Not use Alanview's services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose
5. Payments and Billing
- •Fees for services are outlined in your Service Agreement or invoice.
- •Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due as specified in the applicable invoice or SOW.
- •Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services.
- •All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your Service Agreement.
- •Alanview reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice to ongoing clients.
6. Intellectual Property
a. Alanview's IP
All proprietary tools, systems, methodologies, templates, and processes developed by Alanview remain the exclusive intellectual property of Alanview, regardless of whether they are used in delivering your project.
b. Client-Owned Deliverables
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables explicitly outlined in their Service Agreement (e.g., the completed website, written content). This does not include Alanview's underlying systems, frameworks, or tooling.
c. Portfolio Rights
Alanview reserves the right to display completed client work in its portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
d. Third-Party Assets
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper licenses for any third-party content, images, or materials provided to Alanview for use in deliverables.
7. AI-Powered Services
Our services incorporate AI technologies, including but not limited to large language models, voice AI, and automated content systems. By using these services, you acknowledge:
- •AI-generated content may require human review before publication and is provided as-is.
- •Alanview does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes from AI-powered optimization.
- •AI phone solution call recordings and transcripts may be used to improve service quality and your growth strategy, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- •Results from generative engine optimization (GEO) vary based on market conditions, industry competitiveness, and search engine algorithm changes outside of Alanview's control.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a. No Guarantee of Results
Alanview provides website development and SEO services based on current best practices and industry knowledge. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volume, revenue growth, or business outcomes. Search engine algorithms and AI platform behaviors are outside our control.
b. "As Is" Basis
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
c. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alanview's total liability to any client or user for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Alanview is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alanview, its team members, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- •Your use of our services
- •Your violation of these Terms
- •Any content or materials you provide to Alanview
- •Your infringement of any third-party rights
10. Termination
a. By Client
Clients may terminate services in accordance with the terms of their signed Service Agreement. Fees paid prior to termination are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
b. By Alanview
Alanview reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, with or without notice, if a client violates these Terms, fails to make payment, or engages in conduct that is harmful, unlawful, or damaging to Alanview or its reputation.
c. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to any Alanview-managed systems or tools will cease. Client-owned deliverables (where fully paid) will be transferred within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the business relationship — including business strategies, pricing, and proprietary processes — and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
12. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Our services integrate with third-party platforms such as Google, Cal.com, and various AI providers. Alanview is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these platforms. Use of third-party tools is subject to their respective terms of service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
Alanview reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For active clients, material changes will be communicated via email.
